Travelers from other countries may also qualify through a valid, previously used U.S., UK or Schengen visit visa, permanent residence in the United States, United Kingdom or European Union, or qualifying residence in a Gulf Cooperation Council country. It is easier than ever to experience the kingdom's legendary hospitality, ancient heritage, thriving modern culture, and stunning natural beauty—from the cool mountain landscapes of Abha and the crystal-clear beaches along the Red Sea to the endless golden dunes of the Empty Quarter.
The eVisa is valid for one full year and allows multiple entries, with a maximum stay of 90 days per visit. It's designed for tourism purposes, including attending events, visiting family or friends, enjoying leisure activities, and performing Umrah (Hajj is not permitted under this visa). Activities such as studying or working are not allowed.

Valid U.S. Visit Visa
Travelers holding a qualifying valid U.S. visit visa that has already been used to enter the United States may qualify for a Saudi tourist eVisa.
Valid UK Visit Visa
Travelers holding a qualifying valid UK visit visa that has already been used to enter the United Kingdom may qualify for a Saudi tourist eVisa.
Valid Schengen Visit Visa
Travelers holding a qualifying valid Schengen visit visa that has already been used to enter the Schengen Area may qualify for a Saudi tourist eVisa.
U.S., UK or EU Permanent Residence
Travelers holding qualifying permanent residence in the United States, United Kingdom or European Union may be able to apply for a Saudi tourist eVisa.
GCC Residence Permit Holders
Travelers residing in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman may qualify through a valid residence permit with no less than three months of remaining validity, subject to applicable conditions.
Eligibility through a visa or residence permit depends on specific conditions. Not every visa category or residence permit qualifies. Applications are subject to individual review and approval by the relevant Saudi authorities.

General Requirements
- A passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
- A clear applicant face photograph.
- Applicants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Applicants using a qualifying visit-visa route must meet the applicable visa-validity and previous-entry conditions.
- Applicants using a GCC residence route must meet the applicable residence-validity conditions.
