Q.How long does visa processing take?

Typically, your Saudi eVisa will be processed within 24-48 hours after payment. You will receive the visa via email once approved.

Q.What documents do I need?

You need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), a recent passport photo, and a valid email address. Payment can be made via credit or debit card.

Q.How long is the eVisa valid?

The Saudi tourist eVisa is valid for one year from the date of issue. It allows multiple entries with a maximum stay of 90 days per entry.

Q.Can I extend my visa after arrival?

The tourist eVisa cannot be extended. If you wish to stay longer, you must leave Saudi Arabia and apply for a new visa after your current visa expires.

Q.Is the visa refundable if denied?

Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the government. However, if we determine you are not eligible before submission, a full refund will be provided.

Q.Do I need to print my eVisa?

No, the eVisa is electronically linked to your passport. However, we recommend keeping a digital copy on your mobile device for reference.

Q.What activities can I do with a tourist visa?

The tourist eVisa allows you to explore Saudi Arabia's cultural sites, natural landscapes, attend events, and participate in Umrah (religious pilgrimage). Business activities are not permitted.

Q.What if my passport expires soon?

Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from your intended date of entry into Saudi Arabia. We recommend renewing your passport before applying if it expires within this period.

Q.Can I apply for someone else?

Yes, you can apply on behalf of family members or friends. You will need their passport information, photo, and personal details to complete the application.

Q.How will I receive my eVisa?

Once approved, your eVisa will be sent to the email address you provided during application. The visa is electronically linked to your passport number.

Q.What if I made a mistake in my application?

Q.Do children need a separate visa?

Yes, all travelers including children and infants need their own eVisa. Each person must have a valid passport and complete a separate application.
