Overview

At Saudi eVisa, we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the procedures for requesting a refund. Please read this policy carefully before submitting your visa application and making payment.

Cancellation and Refund Request

Should you decide to request a cancellation and seek a refund, you can drop us an email which is listed on the contact us page. Please note the following important conditions:

  • Before Government Submission: If your application has not yet been submitted to the government for approval, there will be a $50 Cancellation Fee per passport / each application.
  • After Government Submission: If the application has already been submitted for approval to the government, no refund can be made.
  • Duplicate Applications: If a duplicate application has been made in error, a full refund will be made for the duplicate payment only.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Government visa processing fees once your application has been submitted to Saudi authorities
  • Payment processing fees charged by payment gateway providers
  • Administrative fees for applications that have been processed and reviewed by our team
  • Service charges for applications that have been submitted to government authorities

Once your application is submitted to the Saudi Arabian government, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled, and fees cannot be refunded regardless of the visa decision outcome.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following specific circumstances:

  • Pre-Submission Errors: If you paid for services but we discover you are not eligible for a Saudi eVisa before submitting your application to authorities
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same application
  • Technical Errors: If you were charged but your application was not successfully created due to a system error on our part
  • Service Failure: If we fail to submit your application to the government within 72 hours of receiving complete and accurate information

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your visa application is denied by Saudi Arabian government authorities
  • You provided incorrect, incomplete, or false information in your application
  • You failed to respond to requests for additional information or documentation
  • You changed your mind after application submission
  • You missed your intended travel dates

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the approval date
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • If we have already incurred costs for document review and processing before discovering ineligibility
  • If payment processing fees have been charged by third-party payment providers
  • If part of the service has been rendered before the refund request was submitted

The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you clearly before processing.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • Please contact us first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and inability to use our services
  • We will provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider if a dispute is raised
  • Additional fees may apply if a chargeback is found to be unjustified

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your payment will apply to your transaction. We encourage you to review this policy before making any payment.
